Angelena (Angie) is a certified 500 E-RYT and offers classes in Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. She’s been practicing since 2006 and teaching since 2012. Her favorite postures are dancer pose and banana asana. She enjoys the balance challenge and deep opening of dancer and the grounding and releasing of banana asana. When not at the studio she loves to run, hike, swim, and social dance to country music and salsa.
Angie teaches alignment-based yoga classes and considers herself to be an adaptive yoga teacher. She offers advancements to go deeper, further, and to rest when need. Her sequencing is dynamic and playful. Expect to start class with a short meditation and end with singing bowls.
