Contracts have a $49 initiation fee and charged annually for facility maintenance.
All in studio classes are full priced. There are no discounts on classes taken in our physical locations.

Purchase Transfers or Sharing
Class packages cannot be shared or transferred between individuals. BYW does not issue cash or credit refunds. In the event of human error, such as an overcharge or card processing error, we will correct the error by issuing a cash or credit refund.
Monthly auto-debit members are required to submit an email to email@example.com with 30 days notice to cancel or suspend current memberships. There is no guarantee to keep any special rates in the event of a cancellation or suspension, however.
There are no extensions or rollovers on class packages of any type or time period. Extensions may be provided in the case of a medical emergency with a note from a doctor stating that a pause in physical activity is necessary.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION
If you do not show up for a class or cancel your enrollment less than 2 hours prior to the class start time, you will be charged a no-show/late cancellation fee of $30. This is a courtesy to those that are on the waitlist. Canceling at least 2 hours before class will give clients on the waitlist enough to time arrive at the studio to attend.
We no longer accept Groupon vouchers to access our classes. Please help our small business by purchasing your pass directly from our site.

Q: How do I use my HSA/FSA Benefits?
A: If you have a MasterCard or Visa issued by your insurance company then it is an easy swipe. You can purchase your membership in-studio or online using your card.
Q: What if my insurance requires a receipt of purchase?
A: We can issue you a proper receipt that would be acceptable to your insurance company. Just inbox us at email@example.com.
Q: What is a letter of medical necessity and do I need one to enable the studio membership to qualify for FSA or HSA Benefits?
A: You can obtain a “letter of medical necessity” from your doctor which will be filed with your insurance company. This will ensure that the charges are not rejected. The letter of medical necessity can be found on your insurance company’s website. Call your doctor and make an appointment. Share with them the benefits you’ve received from a consistent yoga practice including stress reduction, weight loss, flexibility, reduction in symptoms of arthritis, etc. Bikram yoga can help you with many ailments that arise from your daily life.
